Привет!

В прошлом месяце благодаря alice2k мне удалось урвать сервер с распродажи Flashsale. Тогда предложение звучало так - Intel-i3 2130 / 8 озу / 2 ТБ за 700 рублей в месяц + 750 рублей установка. Всего на распродаже 600 серверов. Предложение более чем заманчивое =)

В итоге мне достался сервер с этой распродажи. Но внезапно это оказался Core I5 3570S/16Gb RAM/2Tb. Вот уж немного обманули французы) Но есть пара моментов - на этих серверах нет RAID и конкретно эти сервера с канадского ДЦ и кажется с подключением только на 100мбит. Пинги длинные. Чуть подробнее под катом.

Тест

Вот краткий тест.

Это Core I5 третьего поколения. Процессор не новый, 2012 модельного года. Буква S в названии модели означает что это энергоэффективная версия с пониженой тактовой частотой.

Пинги из Ульяновска около 150 мс. Сразу чувствуется что сервер где-то за океаном.

Тесты Serverbear

Выводы

Это выделенный сервер по цене VPS. Такого объема ресурсов на физическом железе вы нигде не найдете. Рад что взял )
