Добрый день!

В мае открылся новый хостинг виртуальных серверов Perfect Quality Hosting. Для того чтобы набрать пользовательскую базу до 1 июля у них действует акция на сервера в минимальной конфигурации - 1 евро за месяц.

Акция 1 в 1 как на Арубе =).

За 1 евро нам дают 1 ядро CPU, 1Gb ECC RAM, 15Gb SSD, гигабитное подключение, безлимитный трафик и все это на KVM. Также бонусом идет возможность получить бесплатно панель ISPmanager Lite. Мне панелька не нужна, поэтому я ее не включал в заказ.

Вообще я привык не доверять недавно открывшимся хостингам и что-то серьезное стараюсь там не хранить. Но в качесте недорогих виртуалок для веб-разработки и pet-проектов с ежесуточными бэкапами этот вариант прямо по мне.

Для тестов я взял 2 виртуалки в разных локациях - в Молдове (ДЦ Alexhost) и в России (ДЦ DataPro).

Панель управления на хостинге BillManager. Платить можно через агрегатор платежей UnitPay. После получения сервера есть возможность управлять им в панели VMmanager. Попробовал оттуда подключиться по VNC к серверам, на одном сработало, на втором нет =)

Да и в целом видно что все это дело настраивали недавно и пока не все гладко работает. Спишем это на тот факт что хостингу всего месяц и побудем в роли ранних бета-тестеров.

Выводы

Судя по тестам сервера практически идентичны. Большинство показателей примерно одинаковы кроме двух - на сервере в Молдавии в 2 раза выше скорость работы с диском и сильно хуже показатели speedtest. Такое ощущение что канал там 100-мегабитный.

В целом работает все шустро, каких-либо косяков не замечено.

Мой вывод - за 1 евро это прекрасные варианты для dev-серверов которые не жалко грохнуть в любой момент либо для pet-проектов. По поводу production я бы подождал и посмотрел как хостинг будет развиваться и нарабатывать репутацию.

В любом случае стоит всегда делать резервные копии и не надеяться только на хостинг-провайдера.
